installation of this spud requires you to remove the long one that is pressed into the bracket.  The easiest way to do this is to tap the end of the lomg spud, and screw something into it.  Then set the bracket on something to support it, put a bolt through the front of the bracket, and tap it out.  If this was confusing you might consider finding a friend to help.  We don't have instructions on
