Charger Challenger 300 Magnum Front Lower Trailing Arms
**Brand New Part**
...notes from Parker
So, these just finished testing. We are currently ramping up production, so know that you might have a couple week wait while we literally make your parts, and have them anodized, and assemble them, and design packaging and figure out what boxes we need and order them, and make instructions, and all of these things. The parts are tested, they're good, we have the cnc programs written, fixtures made (mostly), and that's how far we are so far. SO.
If you order these in the week or two after Father's day, then email me that afternoon asking where your tracking is, you might get a snarky response. ha!
Also, for now we are only offering these with 6061 Spheriflex centers. The stainless ones suck to make, are expensive, and take a long time. At some point or by special request (with an upcharge) maybe we will make stainless ones, but so far all of our testing on the other front lower arms show that they really arn't neccesary and only add weight and expense.
Man these are beautiful though, they match the style of the other front lower arms, and are just plain pretty. Excited for you to see them in person!
Product Description:
Whether you are looking to lose a lot of unsprung weight from the front end, or want to get rid of those rubber bushings and tighten up your front end (or both!), we have the solution!
With the race version weighing in at right at 3.3 lbs/arm vs 5.1 lbs with the factory steel parts, our high performance front lower control arms are as fast as they are beautiful! They utilize our incredible Spheriflex bearings on the cradle side which give you the benefits of a steel spherical bearing but without the noise, and are currently offered with super lightweight aircraft aluminum centers. And FK SSX12T Spherical bearings on the knuckle side with 17-4 Stainless shafts for the proven reliability you need!
Our Left/Right directional design allows for more wheel and tire clearance than factory while maintaining greater than factory strength.
They install just like the original parts, but are built strong enough to stand up to the rigors of Autox and road course racing, while light enough to shave that last little bit off of your et's.
**These, as with any performance suspension parts, can increase your NVH level inside the car. I was actually surprised how small of a difference these made considering the factory arms have a rubber bushing the size of a football, but, just know that "Now I can feel bumps more" or "it's louder when I go over brick streets" are not problems with the part, they are side effects of removing sponginess. You have been notified. :-)
