Warranty, Return, and Shipping information

AADPerformance Limited One Year Warranty

Racing is a dangerous and sometimes violent sport.  Because of this fact, AADPerformance parts have no structural or finish warranty expressed or implied other than those listed in the paragraphs below.


Defect Warranty:

AADPerformance warrants that all of its parts are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of the original purchase.  AADPerformance’s sole obligation under this warranty shall be to repair, replace, issue credit, or refund at AADPerformance’s sole discretion, any AADPerformance product which is returned (freight prepaid) and which, after AADPerformance’s examination, shows that the product has a defect in materials or workmanship.  Discoloration, oxidation and or corrosion of the finish due to neglect, chemical reaction, weather, or installation are not covered.  Proof of purchase is required for warranty consideration.  This limited warranty is applicable to the original purchaser only.

Limits and Exclusions:

  1. AADPerformance does not warrant any product physically altered, improperly installed, improperly maintained or damaged
  2. AADPerformance will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages, property damage, personal damages or exemplary damages, whether arising out of warranty, contract, tort or otherwise, incurred as a result of a defect in materials or workmanship.
  3. If there is, by law, an implied warranty of merchantability and/ or fitness or a particular purpose, it is hereby limited to the warranty term set forth above and shall commence from the date of the original purchase.
  4. This limited warranty provides the original purchaser with specific legal rights.  The original purchaser may have other legal rights, which vary from state to state or country to country.
  5. It is the responsibility of the installer to ensure that all of the components used on the race vehicle are correct before installation.  The installer is responsible for determining the use or application of each component.  AADPerformance hereby disclaims any liability for part or adaptor selection and installation.
  6. Installed parts cannot be returned.

THE WARRANTY IS VOID IF:

  • The parts are damaged in shipping, by misuse, accident or negligence, improperly installed, or repaired or altered by anyone other than AADPerformance, except for maintenance explicitly instructed in print by AADPerformance.

    1. The parts are installed in a system with other non-OE adjustable replacement parts which are not compatible with AAD Parts.

    RETURN PROCEDURE:

  • In order to provide efficient service, please contact us before returns for warranty or other reasons.
    •
  • All merchandise returned to AADPerformance shall be sent freight prepaid and insured, and delivered to: Bender Services, Inc. 14912 E Truman Rd.  Independence, Mo 64050
  • AADPerformance is not liable for any taxes or duties associated with international shipments.

  • Items returned for credit must be in new and unused condition
    •
  • All warranty returns that are reviewed by AADPerforamnce’s Warranty Return Department and found not to be subject to warranty coverage will be returned to sender without repair or replacement AT THE SENDER’S EXPENSE.

  • All returns will be inspected within 7 days or receipt of goods.  The customer will be notified of the inspection report and credit authorization, if any, within 21 days of receipt of goods.

    IMPORTANT!!

  • Most problems with installation or use can be remedied quickly by AADPerformance’s Customer Service department.  Contact US at sales@allanglesdesign.com or through our instagram account for fastest response.  Any replacement parts, labor, etc. that is purchased due to confusion with installation procedures or use will not be reimbursed by AADPerformance.
  • Unused non-warranty returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

It is not the responsibility of AADPerformance to hand deliver and wait on anyone’s doorstep until they receive a delivery, if there is a concern about a package being stolen from your location, inquire about shipping signature required, or have your shipment sent to a more secure location, please.
  • The purchase price at the time of the sale is final.

    AADPerformance’s sole obligation under this limited warranty shall be to repair or replace the subject part(s), or issue credit or a refund, all at the sole discretion of AADPerformance.








    AADPerformance products are aftermarket performance accessories and not designed by the vehicles manufacturer for use on this vehicle. As such, Buyer assumes all risk of any damage caused to the vehicle or person during installation or use of this product.
